George Zimmerman Trial Juror B29 Says He 'Got Away With Murder'

What the media and all others fanning this fire failed to mention but this juror said it so plainly:, "as much as we were trying to find this man guilty…they give you a booklet that basically tells you the truth, and the truth is that there was nothing that we could do about it. I feel the verdict was already told."

Two 7-Year-Old Boys, Two Dramatically Different News Stories (VIDEO)

HP needs to stay on this story so that some will understand and know what others already. Big difference in how people are treated and the way stories are reported in the news.

Obama Takes Over White House Press Briefing To Speak On Trayvon Martin (VIDEO)

The most important part of the president's speech in the aftermath of George Zimmeran's acquittal is that: "young African-American men are disproportionately involved in the criminal justice system, both as perpetrators of violence and as its victims. And that violence, he noted, often takes place in poor black neighborhoods that are "born out of a very violent past in this country." The poverty and dysfunction in those communities "can be traced to a very difficult history."

Now let's take that part and build a better tomorrow, but of course all will focus on him saying " Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago."

Sybrina Fulton And Tracy Martin Talk To Anderson Cooper About Zimmerman Trial

Quiet as it is kept: 1) Although black people only make up 13% of the population, blacks make up almost 50% of the murder victims; and 2) 93% of blacks are murdered by other blacks. (These are FBI stats.) Therefore, the greatest threat for a young black man are other young black men. This is reality, folks. While some people don't want to deal with it, we all must. However, this does not mean that we forget about the cases of Emmett Till, Medgar Evers and others who were murdered because they were black. But, what it does mean is that we have to work on seriously addressing the distressing homicide rate within our own community, particularly in Chicago and in other urban areas.

Rachel Jeantel Interview: Zimmerman Trial Star Witness Talks To Piers Morgan

I'm sorry and I'm sure I will get a lot of censorship, but Ms. Jeantel did no one any favors by appearing on Piers Morgan. She did not redeem herself, not that she needed to from her trial testimony. During the trial she came off as a reluctant witness. A teenager? I accepted that for she was raw and truthful with no holds barred. But now the CNN interview. Some say she came across as more personable and relatable. I didn't see it.

Instead, what we saw is a picture of what is wrong with America in relationship to race, youths and education. Ms. Jeantel is 19 years-old and still lacks the skills to communicate on that level. There is no excuse for this. The more we deny this fact the more stereotypes will exist and grow and can't be corrected. Now someone in another country (and this country) watching Ms. Jeantel will assume all blacks are in articulate and unable to communicate. Yes, we have a black President but it is these stereotypes that persist. Stereotypes that many make excuses.

Ms. Jeantel gave me no more insight to the night of Trayvon Martin's death than what she gave during her reluctant testimony. Perhaps the prosecution didn't prep her for the trial for they new she wouldn't have come off as genuine but rehearsed.
